QuickCasa Floorplans turns a suite, a storey or a whole property into an interactive plan a renter can pan, zoom and tap. Send it as a link, a QR code, or an iframe on your own website.
This is the viewer, not a picture of it
Drag to pan, scroll or pinch to zoom, and tap a room to open its area, its notes and its photographs. It is the same component a published plan is rendered by.
The plan below is invented for this demonstration. It does not describe a real property, nothing in it is available to rent, and any photographs attached to it are AI generated images of rooms that do not exist.
What QuickCasa Floorplans is
QuickCasa Floorplans is the publishing half of the QuickCasa layout editor. A property manager draws a plan in the portal, decides who is allowed to open it, and gets back a link that works on any phone. There is no PDF to download, nothing to pinch and squint at, and no app for a renter to install.
A plan is drawn in feet or metres rather than in pixels, so every room reports a real area and the drawing stays honest at any zoom. Rooms, doors, windows and fixtures are objects rather than lines on an image, which is what lets somebody tap the second bedroom and read what is in it.
What you can put in front of a renter
Three kinds of drawing, each rendered by the same viewer, so a renter learns the controls once.
Unit layouts
A single suite, room by room, with areas totalled by category and a breakdown the reader can check for themselves.
Building floor plates
A whole storey, with every unit, corridor, elevator, stairwell, lobby, amenity and mechanical room where it sits.
Site plans
The property from above: buildings, parking, visitor parking, green space, walkways, pools, playgrounds and amenities.
Several storeys in one plan
Levels become tabs in the viewer, so a two storey townhouse or a six floor building is one link rather than six files.
Photos and video on the room they belong to
Attach an image, a video or a virtual tour to a specific space, so the photograph of the kitchen is on the kitchen rather than eleventh in a gallery.
Notes pinned to a spot
Mark where the laundry, the panel or the thermostat is. Some notes sit on the drawing, others open when a reader taps them.
From a drawing to a link
Draw the plan in the portal
Place rooms, walls, doors, windows and fixtures on a grid in feet or metres. Areas are calculated from the geometry as you go, so nothing has to be worked out by hand.
Decide who may open it
Public, public behind a short unlock form, private behind a passcode, or draft while it is still being worked on. Draft plans are not reachable at all.
Send the link, the code or the embed
Every published plan has a direct link, a QR code for handing over in person, and an iframe snippet for your own listing pages.
See what comes back
Unlock form submissions arrive as leads in QuickCasa. Comments left on the plan land in the portal for review before anybody else can read them.
How this differs from sending a floorplan PDF
A PDF was designed to be printed. Most of the people opening your listings are on a phone.

Internal notes stay internal
A plan in the portal usually holds more than a renter should see: notes to the maintenance team, documents, links to the inventory record behind it. None of that travels. Every plan is rebuilt field by field on the server before it is sent to a browser, and anything marked private is absent from the payload rather than hidden in it.
That is worth stating plainly because it is the opposite of how a shared PDF behaves. Here, the page a renter loads never contained the private material in the first place, so there is nothing to find in it.
